Project Management Training

cover areas of project management applicable to the Project Management Professional
(PMP) certification examination offered through the Project Management Insitutute
(PMI).
Students will be able to plan a project by using Microsoft Project 2000;
work with subtasks and time restraints; assign resources and their work schedules
to tasks; resolve time and resource conflicts; use different views, reports,
and drawing tools; and sort and filter project information.
Students will create and work with custom WBS codes and templates; create
and use custom forms; evaluate data by using filtering and grouping techniques
and working with reports; administer Project Central, including working with
user accounts and customizing administrative options; navigate and work in
Project Central; and work with categories and views in Project Central.
